Background & Education
I am an MSc Artificial Intelligence candidate at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh (graduating September 2026), with a strong foundation in software engineering, machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI built through rigorous academic projects and independent development.
Before returning to study, I spent over 13 years working as a Digital Operations Lead at India Post, one of India's largest government networks. That role involved managing enterprise systems, supporting large-scale digital adoption, processing high-volume financial records, and mentoring colleagues. That experience shapes how I approach software delivery with discipline, accountability, and attention to detail.
I am particularly drawn to the intersection of AI-driven automation and practical software engineering, building systems that work reliably in real environments, not just in theory. Multiparty AI-Human Spoken Dialogue System
Production-style conversational customer support system developed as part of an 8-person engineering team. Integrated Azure Speech, Deepgram ASR, Kokoro TTS, a RAG-based dialogue pipeline, WebRTC real-time audio handover, and Firebase signalling. Compared AI-only and AI-to-human handover conditions through a formal evaluation with 25 participants, measuring SUS scores, satisfaction, and handover quality. Contributed to system architecture, evaluation design, ethics documentation, and collaborative delivery.
Hospital Management System
Full-stack web application with role-based access control for administrators, doctors, and staff. Features appointment scheduling, CRUD operations, authentication, and session management. Built with modular architecture and software engineering best practices.
Explainable AI Financial Risk Hedging System
Ongoing MSc dissertation combining LSTM-GARCH market risk prediction, PDDL-based AI planning, and SHAP explainability for dynamic hedging strategies in Indian financial markets. Evaluation compares strategies using Sharpe ratio, CVaR, and maximum drawdown.
Mini Browser Application
